We will be carrying out emergency maintenance on part of our infrastructure to address the cause of the outage that impacted inbound and outbound number services on the 16th November.
This work is following extensive investigations by both our own in-house engineers and those from the vendor of the systems involved.
During the above maintenance window there will be an outage to both inbound and outbound number services whilst this maintenance is carried out.
We will do our upmost to keep any outage to a minimum and apologise in advance for any inconvenience.
